The first bill will take about six weeks to generate. The first bill will include a one-time charge of fifteen dollars set up fee.

What happens if I do not pay my bill?
For delinquent accounts, you must pay your cut off notice at the teller window inside of City Hall no later than 5:00 PM on the due date to insure your water service will not be disconnected. We are located at: 900 Church St, Lynchburg, VA 24504.
