Toys for Tots Pick Up Information

NOTICE: DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE PICK UP DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17 TO FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18.
Please wear a mask and bring a form of ID.
Toys for Tots Application Information
Applications are available at the front door of the Social Services building or you may complete an online application below.
***APPLICATION DEADLINE WAS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 AT MIDNIGHT.***
If you drop off your application, please leave it in the outside drop box. Please provide a phone number in case we need to reach out to you with questions.
Children must be 14 years old or younger to be eligible. Must meet the guidelines of receiving SNAP, TANF, Medicaid or Wic for approval.
Once approved you will received the information by mail of the date and time for pickup.
