We encourage anyone needing to park all-day to purchase a monthly parking permit.  Residents who complete a parking permit application, and provide proof of downtown residency, are eligible to receive the discounted parking permit rate of $25 per month on their first permit.   That's only a $1.19 per day during normal weekday enforcement hours.  Please contact the Parking Management office for more information.

As a reminder, enforcement of parking regulations are still in effect Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m to help manage parking space turnover to keep parking open for visitors to downtown restaurants and businesses.

If you can, please continue to support our downtown businesses. Lots of them have great deals going on. More information is available by visiting the Downtown Lynchburg Association (DLA) website at downtownlynchburg.com.
