Temporary Parking Changes Due to COVID-19
Effective Monday, February 1, 2021, changes to the free parking that began in March 2020 will take effect.
Please see the list below for the new parking rules taking effect on Monday, February 1st.
Jefferson Street
FREE on-street two-hour parking.
Riverfront Lot (located behind Water Dog Restaurant)
FREE parking continues for the numbered spaces located in the center of the lot, BUT a new 2HR parking time limit will be in effect.
Signed "Permit Parking Only" spaces (around the perimeter of the lot) require the display of a valid parking permit.
Monthly parking permits available. Contact Parking Management office.
Depot Lot
FREE parking continues BUT a new 2HR parking time limit will be in effect.
Mosaic Lot
FREE parking continues BUT a new 2HR parking time limit will be in effect.
Monthly parking permits are available. Contact Parking Management office.
Crossroads Lot
Normal paid parking operations resume.
Visit the pay station, or use the mobile app, after parking to pay for parking.
Monthly parking permits are available. Contact Parking Management office.
Clay St. Parking Deck - Middle level paid parking
Normal paid parking operations resume.

Parking enforcement is in effect Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Free parking after 5 p.m. on the weekdays and all day on the weekends.
As a reminder, enforcement of parking regulations are still in effect Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m to help manage parking space turnover to keep parking open for visitors to downtown restaurants and businesses.
