Planning Commission Meeting Update

On Wednesday, December 13, at 4:00 p.m., in the first floor Council Chamber, the Lynchburg Planning Commission will conduct public hearings.

The meeting agenda may be found on the Planning Commission page. 

Alternate methods to participating in-person at the public hearing include submitting comments by phone, email, or mail. These comments must be submitted no later than December 12, 2023.

1. Call in your comments to 434-455-3959. These calls will be recorded and played during the public hearing following any in-person comments. The 3-minute speaking limit applies. Phone comments will be cut off at the 3 minute mark as they would be for a person speaking in Council Chamber.
2. Citizens may also send written comments on these topics to the Planning Technician. Written comments can be emailed to planningcommission@lynchburgva.gov or mailed to Andrew Jensen, 900 Church Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504.

All comments will become a part of the official public record. When leaving public hearing comments please provide your name, address, phone number, the item you are commenting on, your position on the item, and your comment.

The meeting may be viewed live on LTV or the City's Facebook page. A recording will be posted to the City's YouTube page at a later date.
