HOME-ARP

The City of Lynchburg is a recipient of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These supplemental funds must be used to perform activities that primarily benefit qualifying individuals and families that are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations.

The City of Lynchburg reports annually to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on program and project accomplishments funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) entitlement grant programs through the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
