COVID-19 Vaccinations, Testing and Forms
Updated August 18, 2021
COVID Vaccinations Available for Employees
COVID vaccinations are available for free to anyone that would like to be vaccinated. To get vaccinated, you can:
- Speak to your supervisor - Email your supervisor and tell them that you would like to get vaccinated. They will forward your information to the vaccination team, administered through the Fire Department. All major vaccinations are available (e.g. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson).
- Ask your doctor - Ask your primary care physician which vaccination is right for you. They can direct you how to get the vaccine.
- Visit your local pharmacy - Most local pharmacies are offering COVID vaccinations to walk-in customers for free. For more information, check with your pharmacy of choice including CVS, Kroger, Walgreens, etc.
Below, you will find the testing sites that the City has contacted. You need to have symptoms as listed by the CDC or have been subjected to a known exposure. MedExpress said their turnaround time has been 2-7 days, and CVFP said 7-10 days.
