Communications & Public Engagement

The Department of Communications and Public Engagement provides information related to City government services and programs to residents, the media, and internal departments. The department produces numerous publications, including the monthly employee newsletter, Changing Times, and the citizens' monthly newsletter, The City Source.

In addition, the department oversees the content on the City's websites (i.e., internal and external websites), coordinates special projects for City departments, provides internal communications to City employees, and manages three divisions: Public Information, Broadcast Services (LTV 15), and Citizens First Info Center.
