    Stormwater Maintenance Agreements

    Properties that have a Stormwater Management Facility, also known as Best Management Practice (BMP), must be inspected annually during the calendar year.
     
    Inspection checklist(s) are due by February 28, 2018.  The inspection checklists are listed below.

    11. Rainwater Harvesting
    12. Rooftop Disconnection
    13. Sheet Flow to Vegetated Filter Areas and Conserved Open Space
    14. Soil Compost Amendments
    15. Vegetated Rooftops
    16. Wet Ponds
    17. Wet Swales

    Please visit The Virginia Stormwater BMP Clearinghouse for information regarding operations and maintenance of these devices.

    Properties currently receiving a stormwater credit need to fill out a Credit Renewal Application in order to continue receiving credit. Please see The Stormwater Credit Program page (http://www.lynchburgva.gov/stormwater-credit-program) under the Non-Residential tab.
