Sec. 5-24. Issuance.
The certificate when issued, shall be filled out in duplicate and shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the number of vehicles authorized under the certificate and date of issuance. One copy shall be retained in the files of the city manager or his designee and the applicant shall receive the other copy. (Code 1959, § 3.1-7; Ord. No. O-12-107, 9-11-12)
