Sec. 37-32. Records as to receipts, expenses, etc.
Every holder of a certificate shall keep accurate records of receipts and operating expenses, capital expenditures and such other operating information as may be required by the city manager. Every such holder shall maintain the records containing such information and other data required by this section at a place readily accessible for examination by the city manager, or his designated representative.
