Sec. 25-325. Mirrors.
(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon a street or highway of this city which is not equipped with a mirror so located as to reflect to the operator a view of the highway for a distance of not less than two hundred (200) feet to the rear of such vehicle.
(b) No motor vehicle registered in this state designed and licensed primarily for passenger vehicular transportation on the public highways and manufactured for the year 1969 or for subsequent years shall be operated on the streets or highways of this city unless equipped with at least one (1) outside and at least one (1) inside rearview mirror meeting the requirements of subsection (a) hereof.
