    Sec. 24-22. Appointment and duties of administrator.
     
    The administrator shall be appointed by the city manager on the recommendation of the director of libraries and museums, with the approval of the Lynchburg Museum System Board and shall serve at the pleasure of the city manager. The duties of the administrator shall include planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all museum activities under general policies determined by the Lynchburg Museum System Board and administrative policies fixed by the city manager.
