Sec. 22.1-4. Regulation of smoking in certain private places of employment.
Any employer who owns and operates a business within the city limits and who employs five (5) or more employees, who regularly work on the business premises during common hours, shall have the responsibility to provide, to the extent reasonably practicable, smoke-free work areas for nonsmoking employees who work in a shared work area or space.
