Sec. 21.2-50. Repeated violations of chapter.

 

Any person who violates this chapter, two (2) or more times during a one (1) year period may be prohibited from future use of any recycling and RSA facility by the city manager or his designee.

 

Upon request, a hearing shall be held before a designated officer of the city on such prohibition. The hearing shall be an informal administrative proceeding other than a judicial-type of proceeding and the rules of evidence shall not apply. The decision of the designated officer shall be final and not subject to appeal. (Ord. No. O-93-246, 9-14-93, eff. 10-1-93; Ord. No. O-12-098, 9-11-12)
