Sec. 21.2-11. Accumulation of solid waste.

    (a) Each residence, small commercial establishment or person having solid waste will be provided with one city approved waste container adequate to contain the solid waste generated at said establishment which accumulates between periods of removal from the premises, and shall place and keep all solid waste therein until disposal.
