Sec. 18-107. Commission of the sinking fund—Purpose; membership.
For the purpose of managing, preserving and applying the sinking fund required to be created by the city Charter and section 18-106, there shall be a board of five (5) members to be called the "Commission of the Sinking Fund," which shall be composed of the following officers of the city: The city manager, the director, the mayor, the vice-president of the council and one other member of the council elected by the council for a term concurrent with the term of office of the mayor.
