City Website Not Affected by "Heartbleed" Internet Security Issue
Several media outlets have reported about an Internet security issue called "Heartbleed," which may put personal information such as user names, passwords, communications and transactional data at risk. The City of Lynchburg's website is not vulnerable to the "Heartbleed" Internet Security issue. Citizens are not required to change account login passwords in connection with the City's website as a result of "Heartbleed." The City continually monitors the security of our website.
