To maintain this vision, the City has adopted minimum standards for properties within the City limits. These standards provide protection to you and your neighbors by ensuring that substandard conditions of trash, yards, vehicles, etc., may be addressed. The Neighborhood Services Division is here to work with you to provide the best possible living environment to you and your neighbors, thereby enhancing the quality of life.
