• Department wellness and fitness
• Respiratory protection
• Turn-out gear inspections
• Fire station inspections
• Employee physicals
• Bloodborne pathogen/infectious control training and administration
• Employee safety
• Incident safety officer at fires and major incidents
• Investigate all department accidents and injuries
