The FMO conducts inspections of businesses to ensure public safety and compliance with the Statewide Fire Prevention Code. To assist you with an upcoming inspection, please review the appropriate checklist below, which is designed to help you identify and eliminate common violations.
The Fire Marshal's Office does not routinely conduct fire inspections in private residences; however, we are available to answer any questions you may have.
