ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL

*Editor's note—Ordinance No. O-89-185, adopted June 27, 1989, changed the title of this officer to "director of parks and recreation." At the city's direction, "director of recreation and cultural services" has been retained in § 28-7 above until amendment at a future date.
