Often times it's hard to get motivated on our own to stay healthy. Luckily, there are challenges to spark the competitive spirit inside of us. If you are looking for an outlet for you competitive side or need a little motivation to stay healthy then one of the challenges below might just be what you need.
100 Mile Challenge
The 100 Mile challenge is an exciting way to take your running and walking to a new level. The challenge is to run or walk 100 miles between July and September … that’s just slightly over 1 mile per day. It’s an exciting way to integrate exercise and fitness as part of an overall healthier lifestyle, and encourage and grow participation in the Virginia 4 Miler and 10 Miler races.
