What's New?

  • Lynchburg's Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on September 10, 2002. It is now available here.
  • The City Council adopted the Tyreanna/Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Plan on July 8, 2003. This plan is also available here. 
  • The Fifth Street Corridor Plan has been completed-working on implementation.
