Office Locations
The main administrative offices of the Lynchburg Parks and Recreation Department are located in the Miller Center at 301 Grove Street, across from historic Miller Park. Business Services, the Naturalist program and Nature Zone are located in the historic Kemper Street train station, 823 Kemper Street.

8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
The Nature Zone and Naturalist staff:
Wednesdays June 1 - Sep 31: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Oct 1 - May 31: 3:00 pm - Dusk
Fridays 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm (year round)
Saturdays 10:00 am - 4 pm (year round)
The Miller Center
Formerly known as Miller Park School and later as Janet Snead School, the building has a 200 seat auditorium, four classrooms and department offices.

Please note: the second floor is not handicapped accessible. Parking is available in the rear and directly in front of the building only. All other spaces on Grove Street are permit parking only.
