Hollins Mill Road Closure
CSO construction has begun on Hollins Mill Road between Loudon Street and Bedford Avenue. A detour route is in place on Loudon and Holly Streets, and Cleveland Avenue. Please note that the detour will make a portion of Loudon Street and all of Cleveland Avenue ONE WAY streets throughout the duration of the construction.
The closure is expected to last for several months, with expected completion in January or February 2010. This portion of Hollins Mill Road will be temporarily restored with a thick layer of stone and a surface treatment until asphalt plants reopen in April and permanent paving can begin.
